They never fail to dissapoint me.
Shocked at what i saw today.
If thats what they are capable of, all i can say is that all the trainings have gone to waste.
If this is what i get from the more potential ones, i dread to think about the rest.
At the look at the crew, i thought it would go smoothly, how wrong i was.
I thought i could trust them to be on their own, so i did not go for the rehersal.
Went up for a short while only and i was disappointed by what i saw.
Many mistakes even before the actual started.
You guys complained that training was repeating.
You think that you know everything, dont treat the trainings seriously.
At the end of the day, its these events that shows if you had learned anything at all during the trainings.
You may feel that the trainings seem redundant since you think that what's being trained is what you already know.
Than what is all these mistakes that i see during events?
I won't dare to say that i'm perfect or what, but what you all did is way worst than whats expected of you guys.
You should be able to do better.
Never 1 event where i'm able to see no mistakes made.
Even the simplest assembly programme, there will be mistakes, without fail.
We're trying not to make training so boring, trying not to punish you guys.
Can't you all do your part, to make things easier for us?
I'm sure nobody would enjoy coming to cca if all we do is scold, scold and scold.
I'm waiting for the day that i will see 1 event run smoothly without any mistakes made by us.
