Moodswings. Moodswings.
Just the mere thought of something caused my mood to take a 180degree turn.
Once it got into my mind, i could no longer get rid of it.
Took a walk, met someone.
That talk was awesome.
Felt like a load off my mind.
Though i'm sorry for troubling you.
Sorry for being that burden.
It's a wonder i was willing to open up and pour it all out.
Still thinking very negatively after that.
I've got to keep myself occupied, to stop myself from thinking.
Those unpleasant memories, keep appearing in my mind.
No matter how hard i try to block it out, it pops up again.
Really really afraid that history would repeat itself.
That traumatising period of my life, i never want to go through it ever again.
The things i did, the thoughts i thought of, the thing i almost did.
Erase those from my memory, for i'm afraid its gonna happen again.
Looking at things right now, it's highly likely that it would happen again.
I'm afraid that if i continue thinking about it, i would not be able to control myself and submit to that thought.
It's horrifying.
Control, control, control.
It's not a good thing to do.
The things i do when i'm down, it's uncontrollable.
Can't stop myself from thinking and doing.
Is the load in my heart taking over my brain?

IS it a good way to solve problems?
